We want you to enjoy your purchase as much as your next game. If something doesn’t fit, we explain step-by-step how to proceed-and what our warranty does (or doesn’t) cover.

Remember: the customer assumes the cost and responsibility for the return transport. Always use a certified and insured service.

        3. PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS

        • Must arrive unused, clean and with original packaging/labels.

        • We do not accept returns of:

          • Customized or made-to-order items.

          • Unsealed hygiene products (e.g., open grips).

            6. PRODUCT WARRANTY

            Balls
– No warranty – No warranty – No warranty – No warranty – No warranty
—

Why don’t the balls have a warranty? Pickleballs suffer constant impact, extreme rotations and temperature variations that inevitably shorten their service life. This inherent wear and tear makes it impossible to offer coverage that depends on non-production factors (intensity, surface, climate, hitting style). Therefore, as is common in the industry, balls are out of warranty.

Normal wear and tear, misuse or modifications are not covered for any product.

            7. SHIPPING AND FEES
